National Programme for Mental Health and Prophylaxis in Psychiatric Pathology

The programme runs under Law no. 95/2006, Government Decision no. 423/2022 and Ministry of Health Order no. 964/2022. CNSMLA is the programme's national technical assistance and management unit (UATM). Here you will find the legal framework, budgets, annual reports and the forms used by implementing units.

1. About the programme

Objectives

  1. aDelivering occupational therapy activities that support the social and professional reintegration of people with mental health disorders.
  2. bRaising awareness among the general public and health professionals, for a better understanding of addictive, depressive and anxiety disorders.

Activities

  1. 1. Promoting mental health through occupational therapy

    • Occupational therapy workshops that develop patients' practical and creative skills
    • Improving the professional skills of specialists
    • Evaluating the effectiveness of occupational therapy *

  2. 2. Information and awareness on addictive, depressive and anxiety disorders *

    • National information and awareness campaigns for the general public
    • Seminars and training workshops for health professionals
