Access to the data collection platform
The CNSMLA platform is intended for staff at institutions that report data to CNSMLA. Access is granted after the request has been reviewed and approved.
CSMPTA quarterly reports
Reports for adults and children are completed separately in the platform. CSMPTA staff can save drafts and submit reports once they have been completed and checked.
- Sign in with your existing CSMPTA account and open “Rapoarte trimestriale” (Quarterly reports) from the menu.
- Select the report for adults or children, the year and quarter, then enter the requested aggregate data.
- Save a draft to continue later. After checking the data, submit the report; submitted reports can be downloaded in Excel format.
How to request an account
Complete the request
Enter your name, email address, contact number, institution and requested role. If your institution is not listed, select “Institution not listed” and provide its details.
Confirm your email address
Open the message you receive and use the verification link to confirm your address. Check your spam folder as well.
Wait for approval
A CNSMLA administrator reviews your request, institution and role. Submitting a request does not automatically grant access.
Set your password and enable two-step authentication
Once approved, you receive an email with a link to set your password. At your first sign-in, follow the steps for Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator and save your recovery codes.
Already have an account?
Use your existing account, including accounts transferred from the previous version. There is no need to request a new account.
